1) Colchuck Lake
This alpine paradise is nestled in the foothills of Washington State's tallest peaks. Although the 8-mile hike may be inaccessible over the winter, it is definitely one for the bucket list.

2) South Rim Trail
Bring your binos. The South Rim trail is part of the Grand Canyon's Bright Angel Trail and boasts some pretty awesome views.
Pro tip: The rim trail bus stops running on November 30th.

3) Boh Tea Plantations
Who says foodies don't like hiking. This Stamp user let us know that the tea and scones are tops at the restaurant that overlooks the plantation. We're so there.

4) Pedra de Gavea
The view from the end of this hike is nothing short of spectacular, but you'll have to earn it. This hike is challenging and requires an area of steep rock climbing! Make sure you're geared up and have a local guide if you are not an experienced climber.

5) Ulleungdo Cliff Walk
This verdant volcanic island, located 120km east off of the Korean peninsula, is a great spot for a coastal hike.

6) Angel's Landing
A 1,488-foot tall rock formation makes up Angel's Landing, formally known as the Temple of Aeolus. This thrilling hike is tough but rewarding. Where else can you get a view like this?!
